Class Cancellation Policy
Request to drop your class must be made by filling out the following form and must be delivered to our office via email or at our front desk. Requests via phone or through your coach will NOT be honored. Your child will remain enrolled in class and you will continue to be charged for that class until you have provided the required WRITTEN NOTIFICATION. We do not prorate, credit or refund for classes not attended.
TGAC Membership Termination Form
I understand that a 30-day written notice is required to terminate billing and I am responsible for payment whether or not my student attends classes until I submit my membership termination form to drop my student from class(es).
Camp Cancellation Policy
There are NO CREDITS or REFUNDS for cancelled or unused camp days.
Camp Change Policy
Rescheduling camp days within the same camp week are allowed with a camp change fee. Changes cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability.
> Day Change Fee with at least 24 hour notice - $5.00 per day per child.
> Same Day Change Fee - $10.00
Lost & Found
T.G.A.C. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
A great deal of items are left behind daily. Due to the sheer volume of items that get left behind, we will donate all items left behind at the end of the week. Please make sure your child comes home with everything they bring and check the lost and found frequently.
Lost and found is located by the front entrance
PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING.
Dress Code Policy
TGAC’s dress code is set up with your child’s safety in mind. As a family organization, we encourage an appearance that is not disruptive, distracting, or offensive.
Gym Attire
Girls should wear leotards or athletic clothing
Boys should wear shorts and a tucked-T-shirt
Gymnasts and campers must have midriffs covered at all times.
Bras covered, no two-piece outfits, no cropped shirts
Refrain from baggy clothing (interferes with spotting)
No jewelry (stud earings permitted), jeans, jackets, watches
Hair should be pulled back away from the face
Bare feet, no socks
There are cubbies where shoes, socks, jackets, etc. can be kept during class. Do not leave valuables in the cubbies
Class Make-Up Policy
TGAC does not offer make-up opportunities for missed classes.
YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED OR PRORATED FOR ANY MISSED CLASSES.
Injury Policy for Recreational Classes
If your child experiences an injury or medical issue that will prevent them from attending classes for a period of time, please notify us as soon as possible. You have the option to drop with the 30-day notice waived and your child will be placed at the top of the waitlist.
A doctor's note must be turned in at time of diagnosed injury to stop payments and remain on standby. Once a clearance doctors note has been received, your child will be moved back into the next available opening. Immediate enrollment cannot be guaranteed as there must be an opening. If you would rather continue holding their current spot, you may opt to remain enrolled and continue paying tuition during the absence.
